We find out what you need and what you want for your business, and why you want it. We want to know what you would like to accomplish. Are you using a POS, or working online? What is your business industry? etc. We then fill out the information form and obtain a copy of your merchant account report. Then you're booked for your next consultation.
You're on a Booked Zoom call. You get the results of your cost savings analysis based against what you're currently spending. We obtain additional info, e.g., do you want your merchant account software integrated with your tax software program? Or, Would you like to accept tips on your POS system? etc. Then we educate you on what we do, and how we can assist you based on the information you provided us.
This proposal may come immediately during the second consultation, or it could be a call back; it's pretty much based on the sophistication of your business. Then if you like what you hear, and you decide to come aboard, then, Congratulations!
Then you just fill out the main application agreement!
